  We have used them for a couple of decades.  They are fair.  They are honest.  They aren't super flashy, but they do try to keep hackers out your system.  They make honest recommendations.  They aren't out to pull your eyes out or over specify equipment and software. They try to keep our team following the latest IT security practices. They generally respond pretty quickly to issues.   Are they perfect? No, but who is?  There are plenty of reasons why we haven't made a change in services over the years.
