Very satisfied with the service I received from my friends at Turn Key Solutions.  I made an office move and had to find someone last minute to wire my new space and get my network back up and running and as a person who stays away from anything IT related....Turn Key was the right choice for me. We have used them for a couple of decades.  They are fair.  They are honest.  They aren't super flashy, but they do try to keep hackers out your system.  They make honest recommendations.  They aren't out to pull your eyes out or over specify equipment and software. They try to keep our team following the latest IT security practices. They generally respond pretty quickly to issues.   Are they perfect? No, but who is?  There are plenty of reasons why we haven't made a change in services over the years.   Every time we consider it, we end up with way more reasons to stay with Turn Key than to leave.

Turnkey Solutions have been extremely helpful with all our IT needs.  When there is an issue the problem is corrected expeditiously.  Turnkey also anticipates the IT needs of our company in advance. TURNKEYSOL team ROCKS!!! Turn Key Solutions is THE BEST, no questions asked.  I have been working with turnkey for about 2 or 3 years now.  I have had an encounter with everyone on the support staff and let me say each person is as nice and professional as the previous.  My server went down one afternoon and Bridget stayed on the line with me for about 5 hours to help me get them up and running.  Anytime there is an issue the team offers their best support in a timely manner. The entire staff shows professionalism, patience, and knowledge in every and all aspects.
